No matter how organized your calendar is or how badass you are in Notion, life gets messy and there are lots of moving pieces. Looking back - I have definitely grown a lot in the stress management department. There are situations that used to make me crumble or feel paralyzed, and while those kinds of days still happen, the way I handle them is hecka better.
A lot of the tools I've picked up are from being a forever student of meditation and mindfulness which has immensely helped with my anxiety. Being self-employed for the past several years, running my business and the experience of solving problems and making decisions has also had a big impact.
